Hello, I found that I used pycolmap0.5.0 to align the two models under different dockers, but the results were completely different. The difference was that the version of colmap was different. The one with the wrong alignment was colmap3.9, and the one with the correct alignment was COLMAP 3.10-dev (b5c381ad). This is the version recommended by glomap. The functions used are all pycolmap.align_reconstruction_to_locations, and the results are as follows (the above is wrong, the following is correct):
