Navbar update

Website navbar is not properly aligned and have not a good modern look

Having so much work on the service page and testimonial page navbar so please make the issue hard.

you do not need to make it from scratch....you can only fix the bug and add some necessary changes on their

All the css are mixed and not in one place, a css property called multiple time and used multiple css files. The testimonial page having too match work. So please make it head.
