Changes:

  • merge onboarding with overview episode
  • add roles and what they do to "how a CR workshop works"
  • breakoutroom discussion in beginning with introductions
  • Add people and time requirements

Plan is to not go through the roles journeys but discuss as part of the workshop overview

Todo:

  • add images
  • fix people and time requirements
  • add keypoints
  • think more about how to present this
  • Compare "how did we get here" content with session 4 with why we stream and shorten/link
  • ....

Any comments, suggestions welcome :)

  • What are good numbers for minimum and optimum people requirements for our workshop setup?
  • Can we add some time requirements for different roles?
