v2.11 Translation support

This update adds support for language files. Translations can now be accepted to be included with the software. Please submit your translations on Github or Nexus mods. The settings UI and default appearance were also changed to be more friendly to new users.

Several wishlist features were also added in this update.

New features:

• Added option to reveal how much damage isn't shown in the table @coavins
• Added option to show total damage dealt @coavins
• Added option to hide players @coavins

• Updated the default appearance to be easier to use @coavins

Bug fixes:

• Fixed damage from Spirit Helm Breaker not registering @coavins
