Add tests for all modules

Parts like Utils.py is easy - as it doest need sublime.
Need to use a testing framework like : https://github.com/twolfson/sublime-plugin-tests to do import sublime
Not sure how active they are. Tried it, and it gave some errors.
Have filed an issue at twolfson/sublime-plugin-tests#32

TODO:

  • Add circle.yml - at least I'd prefer that over the web ui on long term
  • Add coverage submission
  • Add tests for the actual plugin
