When merged this pull request will:

  • will add all missing README file entries for logistics and loadout folders that have files in them.
  • smaller role variable fixes in some loadout files.
  • remove 4 United States loadout files.
  • fix previously broken download links in various README files.

IMPORTANT

  • Title of this PR uses our standard template Component - Add|Fix|Improve|Change|Make|Remove {changes}.
  • Loadouts use standard filename format.
  • Loadouts are listed and documented in the respective readme file.

Very nice, I haven't checked every link etc. due to the amount of diffs in here but I trust you have done this yourself (or at least been thorough with it.
