It is possible that a cluster may have more than one Custom Resources. Each Custom Resource instance will evolve independently. However, we need a way to conceptually tie together different Custom Resource instances at particular time/version. Think of this as a 'snapshot' in time/version of all Custom Resources that is a working combination.
