@ariel11 @AE49 Reading over the README, it says

Liblouis is free software licensed under the GNU LGPLv2.1+ (see the file COPYING.LESSER).

The command line tools, are licensed under the GNU GPLv3+ (see the file COPYING).

The GPL code seems to be mainly under the tools folder. The copyright mentions "based" but then also lists their copyright.

There are other GPL licensed files in other locations but those do appear to be third-party code.

Since this is for the source repo, do you think this should be GPL-3.0-or-later AND LGPL-2.1-or-later?
