Jasypt / Bouncy Castle compatible encryption

There are some (very old), without authentication formats (PBEWITHSHA256AND256BITAES-CBC-BC and PBEWITHSHA256AND128BITAES-CBC-BC) that have implementations in multiple languages for compatibility.
