Hello,

Trying to add my wife to circled.me.

I can create her user account using my admin account.

When I send her the invite and she clicks it on her phone, circled.me opens on the "Sign into your server" page, but no form fields are pre-filled. I tried this on my laptop running the iOS app and got the same thing.

If she clicks on the "Got invitation?" link at the bottom of the page, none of the fields are filled in, and there is no obvious way to get the token.

If I pull the token out of the URL and manually enter it, everything seems to work as expected.

The only thing I can think of that I might be doing unusually is connecting to the server by IP:PORT instead of name (I haven't bothered setting up the reverse proxy yet).

Thanks!

Just tried, work fine for me. Please see screenshots below.

  1. Open the generated invitation link
  2. Clicked on "Click here to accept"
  3. The circled.me app opens and shows the Choose Password Dialog
  4. I am logged in after selecting "No"

Let me know what is different in your case.

I found now that in some webviews, if you click on the invitation link and you have the app preinstalled it doesn't do anything as mentioned.

This is happening in iOS for sure.
Re-opening.
