Fixes for newer Gizwits firmware/ESP32C3 based Jebao devices.

Attempt to add support for the newer pumps by using sequence numbers in status requests and not assuming that the first packet we see after a request is always the status response.

Also fixes a regression that broke parsing of status responses with data in bits 8 to 15 of the p0 payload - should resolve some doser issues as well as fix the 'Linkage' reporting on wavemakers.
