The fmc_key_manifest_svn fuse is really used to hold an SVN for the FMC itself, not its key manifest. Would be more clear if it were named fmc_svn.

Not a high-priority ask.

Jan 2025 edit: instead of renaming, this field should just be deleted.

Requires val collateral updates. As a low priority ask, postponed to after 1p0.

Update: this field has actually been deprecated in 2.0 and can be removed.

Have mailed chipsalliance/Caliptra#262 to update the spec.
