Describe the solution you'd like
Write a functional script to accept a valid path if path is not valid return "path invalid message".if path is valid find out all shortcuts inside that path and return only broken shortcuts path.

Additional context
Read shortcuts file and check path given to that shortcuts file exist or not if path not exist then count that shortcuts file as broken
