Conference Call 진행시 화상 화면 배치 검토 건입니다.

현재는 2행 다열구조로 되어 있습니다.
검토시 추가 반영해야 할 사항은 사람이 제거됨에 따라서 영상 배치가 어떻게 되지는 확인이 필요합니다.

video layout는 기본적으로 이런 식으로 지정하고 이름은 overlay 하는 방식으로 진행함.
추후 성능 저하시 이름 표시 방식에 대해서 변경 할 수 있습니다.

해당 사항 구현을 위해서는 일단 Baseground 이미지를 지정하고
Text overlay하는 동작 함수를 찾는 방식으로 진행할 예정입니다.
