This PR addresses confusion in the configuration of the application when run on different web servers and intended configurations. With this refactor, each use case of the application now has a private configuration class with a cleanup of all unused configuration variables. This now gives better fine control over running an instance of the application in a new manner according to MTA and Usint needs, relevant to the new approach of independent conda environments now running on each web server.
