New OCS SHARE REST API implementation was added to replace the default one which was dead slow and not correct (giving duplicates). This was a necessary step for iOS app which uses sharing calls when browsing folders.

Currently a subset of the REST API is implemented (query shares and create a link share). Complementary tests are prepared in smashbox.
