longmixr 1.0.0

This is the first version of the package that was released on CRAN. The goal of longmixr is to provide consensus clustering for longitudinal clustering performed with flexmix. It uses the approach from ConsensusClusterPlus but replaces the clustering of the longitudinal data with a flexmix model.
