Use a front-end framework such as Bootstrap to add some basic style elements to the webpage.

Note that the current Bootstrap design degrades the experience compared to the pre-Bootstrap formatting, which was basically the regular desktop website with lots of horizontal scrolling. Will have to do some tweaking to improve the performance of the website on mobile, although this is not a priority.
