Please consider making Settings window modeless and add an Apply button

Summary

I like to play with settings and tweak them to see what happens. As of now, I must hit OK to close the window to see what my settings did. It would be much easier to have this window modeless (as opposed to modal - meaning that the dialog box prevents the end user from using the main ConsoleZ window) and add an Apply button - which would instantly apply the changes. I understand there are some settings that require a restart but most do not.
