Demonstrations

I fell in love with computers during my IS 201 class. I became a TA for the class the semester that immediately followed my taking the class. I loved helping students learn and understand information systems. As my time as a TA came to an end, I wanted to leave the class with a gift of my passion towards the subject. This website contains multiple demonstrations of security in information systems. The goal is to spark interest in information systems and a curious desire to learn in the students.

Experience

This website was a great way for me to practice everything that I have learned as a result of the love for information systems that IS 201 instilled within me. The website was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. The malicious scripts were written using VBA and JavaScript. The malicious server and recovery scripts were written using Python. Implemented topics include full-stack website development, front-end development, back-end development, UX/UI design, embedded scripts, password hygiene, MySQL database, database administration, website server communication, authentication, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, malicious script crafting, keylogging, data processing.

Instructions

Explicit instructions in how to approach, understand, begin, and run the website and its related scripts can be found in the INSTRUCTIONS.md. Please begin there. After completing INSTRUCTIONS.md, you are done and may return here or close everything.
