The Proxy and Password Manager callouts on the setup episode should be reviewed.

Are these callouts necessary? If so, is the end of the setup episode the best place to put them?

The password manager thing seems to be managed in the git setup wizard on windows, so maybe it could be addressed in the workshop setup?
