Adds a matrix of TypeScript tests for Svelte 3, 4, 5.
Right now, the TypeScript definitions should work with all major versions, but there are issues with compatibility with downstream Svelte 5 usage since the expected component type has changed from a class to a function.
A follow-up PR will change the TypeScript definitions to use
Componentinstead ofSvelteComponentTyped.
