Figma Onboarding update: Interstitial screen

@bndege2 identified a number of issues for the listed component in the (v11) Carbon for IBM Products Figma library.

The goal in this story is to review the QA audit for onboarding and fix the listed issues for the component in the title, then publish the changes. If you need help publishing or making the updates, feel free to reach out to Rich!
