Figma Onboarding update: Coachmark

@bndege2 identified a number of issues for the listed component in the (v11) Carbon for IBM Products Figma library.

The goal in this story is to review the QA audit for onboarding and fix the listed issues for the component in the title, then publish the changes. If you need help publishing or making the updates, feel free to reach out to Rich!

Fixed coachmark

• The hover state isn't working on any of the "Next" CTAs
• Spacing should be 16px on the pagination and button section and 8px at the bottom of the body content section
• Next hover state not working
• Collapsed coachmark gradient should be updated
• Update aspect ratio component to v11 for all

Stacked coachmark

• Next button hover state not working

Floating coachmark

• Heading size incorrect for Ghost button and link variants
• CTA none breaks coachmark footer
• Next hover state not working

Tooltip coachmark (beacon)

• Show me hover state not working
• CTA none breaks coachmark footer
• Next hover state not working

• Add boolean to hide beacon
