Hello, greetings. I would like to know if there is a way to avoid showing all the replicas in the plot, perhaps something more representative of the group I choose when making the visualization. What I tried was averaging the columns of my groups in the metabolic pathway file, but when running the analysis, I don't have replicates, which is why it doesn't work correctly.
