Distroless Docker Image

Be sure to pass --base-path=/data so that Polkadot uses the volume directory for persistence.
Otherwise Polkadot will, by default, store everything in /home/nonroot/.local/share/polkadot

Also be sure that the image's nonroot user/group (65532) has Read/Write access to the volume mount.
