EventResize tooltip showing incorrect dates

When drag drop to resize an event on the timeline, a tooltip will appear displaying the startDate and endDate of the event. This tooltip may not display the correct startDate value. The same issue applies to the endDate. You can refer to the attached video for more details.
Please notice that endDate should be 11 May as shown in the eventTooltip. Similarly the start date should also change when we pass the day end tick.
