Time series workout data (recorded workouts from lifting, soccer, biking, rowing, etc.) was extracted from my Apple watch to analyze variables the watch records. Scope, descriptive statistics, pivot tables (variable distributions), Control Chart and scatter plots were created via MS Excel and Tableau to to analyze workouts inside and outside of control (the norm). Tableau was used to display correlations and derive insights.
