Notepad++ doesn't recognize / use Tidy2.dll

I downloaded the DLL and tried placing it in the plugins folder several different ways (root of the plugins folder, creating a folder for it, placing it in disabled, etc) and restarting Notepad++ but nothing works, it never shows as an installed or available plugin.

Is the DLL names "Tidy2.dll"? If not it will not work. The name of the DLL has to be the name used when they built the project.
