Is it possible to install this library to avoid this warning message ?

Hi. My apologies for the slow response.

I see that there is an open issue for this on tiangolo/fastapi #542. Please give it a thumbs up.

I would rather not add email_validator since it isn't needed. I will try to find a solution.
