I am trying to get Windows only security camera software to run in Bottles (Synology Surveillance Station). They recently changed how their program works so the client now decodes HVEC / h.265 video locally instead of server side breaking their program in Bottles if the footage is encoded in that format.
Describe the solution you'd like
In Windows the codec can be downloaded from the Microsoft store, this would make sense to add as a dependency to Bottles.
Other solutions?
No response
Additional context and references
The exisiting dependency ffdshow does not seem to support h.265 at this time
