Hello Bork fans,
Thanks to a day spent learning how to work fpm, Bork is now available as prebuilt packages for the following operating systems:
.deb
).rpm
).pkg
)These are now available to download on the release page for 0.13.0, and will be provided following every future release (provided my CI magic works).
A few notes about the packages:
v0.13.0
), but in cases where that's not trivial to inspect, you'll have to trust me on that.If there are any other pre-built packages you would like to see in future Bork versions, please comment below and I will try and figure out a way of providing them. The next step is to submit a packaged-up version of Bork to the big package managers, to make it easy to run your config on a fresh machine. That said, don't forget you can also compile your config script once you are happy with it, and run it on a new machine with zero runtime dependencies other than Bash.
