Making the Alt-O VSCode shortcut work for clangd.
- Pressing F12 on Symbol in .h doesn't go to the .cpp file. The .cpp file needs to be open first. And vice versa.

• VSCode File Switcher extension
  • Can switch between .cpp/.h files using Alt-O shortcut
  • In memory cache
  • Option to open both .h/.cpp files when one of the files is opened. Needed for the bug mentioned in the first section.
