Error on upgrading 2.9.7.1 to 3.1 (Master 06Aug2014) #106

Steps:

Deployed and installed master brach (06Aug2014)
Using a IG 2.9.7.1 db (Oracle based)
Infoglue starts ok and it detects ok it needs db upgrade
Database upgrade page shows and empty box

Blank box

Trying as is "upgrade for me" fails

Copying upgrade_3.0_oracle.sql to upgrade_2.9.7.1_oracle.sql it finds it

But doing "upgrade for me seems" to do nothing
