Sorry for not being able to respond to this. On our end we can get alerts. Chances are - did you check whether your EC2 SMTP ports are open? |

Hi, sorry for continuation on this matter, but I am unsure which configuration section is this...first time running this application, but cannot see any section which have fields about email (smtp) configuration. which version of the checkmate are you using. I am using v2.0.2 with recommended docker compose. Tnx for your response. |

As shown on the figure, i have currently setup a checkmate server as a docker container in AWS EC2 and am trying to get alerts in my gmail for any incident that gets reported but current setup is not able to send notification to my email address.
