Allows the extension variant to still display a logo when offline, and removes the external dependency to
blueos.cloudfor hosting the logo, which could be problematic if we end up moving the Cockpit docs to their own site.Needs a submodule update and rebase after bluerobotics/bluetheme#46 is merged.
