On latest version of Mura (7.0.7094) and the plugin (4.2.0)

I get to the site assignment page, but I get an error after submitting, and this error also happens whenever I try to save the site settings with this plugin installed. The plugin is listed as installed after this, but when I try to view the plugin page I get a different error. The error pages are attached.
