Move away from policyfiles in test?

I would like to beef up the test-kitchen use to test a multi-node HA example. Wanted to get it up to snuff then, too, and the policyfile provisioner is now deprecated. If I move this to attributes in the kitchen yaml and chef_zero provisioner would that be accepted?
