Support for Azure AI / AWS Bedrock API

Hey, I was wondering if Goose supports Azure AI / AWS Bedrock APIs?

(I saw a PR for OpenAi compatible, but I'm looking for a https://{your-azure-resource-name}.models.ai.azure.com)

we recently added:

• bedrock: feat: add bedrock provider #1069
• azure open ai: feat: add azure openai provider #960

you can try this out in canary now:
