module suggestion: Loading screen hints

• like in other games. While on the loading screen when loading a saved game they show a hint for the game.
• The module adds a little overlay that shows a different hint each time when you are on a loading screen. (see screenshot)
• default position for the hint overlay should make sense. But let user change that position, font size and so on.
• The hints can be in a text file in the module folder. A future version should host it on some server and a community could add and review tipps. (maybe abuse the official wiki page for that?). maybe let ppl update the hints like they update modules in the module repo tab or marker packs in pathing module. or even let ppl create "hint packages" like marker packages. so a raid fan could make "raid tipps hints" and a gold farm fand would make "gold farm hints" package. Or a "bad jokes hints" package.

  "Right click bouncy reward chest above minimap to instantly claim reward"
  "Want to become stronger? check out metabattle (open world etc), discretize (fractal), snowcrow (raid, strikes), gw2mist (wvw), guildjen (wvw roaming)"
  "You can bind hotkeys to equipment and build template to switch them very fast when out of fight"
  "Click the xp bar in wvw to open the wvw window"
  "You can get a free black lion key in 15-30 minutes by doing the lvl 10 story on a new character. check key farm page on wiki for details"
