Suggestion for Docs: Styleguide #679

I suggest a full style guide on the docs pages that include:

Typical UI patterns used by GW2 which should be adapted to Blish modules
Set of typical GW2 colors (Font colors, border colors, separator colors, ...)
How should icons look and which colors should they use to integrate well with i.e. corner icons
