The input file is a XLS sheet that can be downloaded on the Federal District platform for COVID-19: https://covid19.ssp.df.gov.br/extensions/covid19/covid19.html The output file is a GIF that later can be converted to MP4. Also there is a scatterplot on the same data overlooking the relation between the per capita income of the cities and the mortality rates per 1000 inhabitants.
