Switch right remote / droid into pairing mode by console command
Switch right remote into pairing mode by power-on keypress
Suppress discoverability if not in pairing mode (by setting MY to 0xfffe)
Accept input from paired partners only
Make sure pairing info is up to date as right remote and/or droid come online
