No startup option in Windows store version

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. Click on '...'

Expected Result

Having the option to "Start automatically on login" in the version of Bitwarden downloaded from the Windows store.

Actual Result

The Windows store download does not include the option. I had to download the installer from Bitwarden directly to get it.
