Invoice / billing

Idea: allow the merchant to generate an invoice for payment / billing with and send via email / other media. This is an easier alternative to just sending your Bitcoin address. Could just export merchant details in a template with a payment QR code generated as client would initiate payment with equivalent amount in CAD of sale and item description written clearly.

There are lots of applications for this case, and it's is not really in the use cases that we need, we can add this for the second phase of the project.
That being said, it's not a hard feature to implement when we have the base up and running
