Hi, I noticed that the proposed gold standard relies a lot on technologies or packages such as D3 and travis. I think a gold standards should be generic. Something like:
Follows the coding style guide
Uses a build system
Implements tests
Uses CI
Its been linted
Its well documented

I agree with José, something generic would be better.
Also, I understand some of these will be used in the check list
displayed in the registry, like having tests. Is that explained somewhere?
