You can actually run store_oauth_store_to_file() directly after your account.get_vehicles() to make sure the tokens are saved, even if an error happens during remote trigger.

Other than this, your code looks good to me if always executed from the same path. Otherwise it might make sense to give an absolute path for TOKEN_FILE.
