[Feature] selection of driver on shipment should changed status to Assigned. #299

Currently there is no dependency between driver field and assignment of the status of the shipment.

Ask is: if shipment is assigned to a driver, the status should automatically change to "Assigned".

There should also be option to unselect driver from the shipment which should change the status back to unassigned.
