Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To test Chart Dynamic Inset block in automation, script not able to embed chart.
We are passing chart URL in encoded format and encoded URL blocked by apache config.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should find way to enable encoded URL by changing apache config/.htaccess
Do change in plugin code to not pass encoded URL (Not preferable)
