BitCard is an authentication system used to authenticate on various sites of the Perl community: rt.cpan.org, cpanratings.perl.org...

Hm. As I see this a different from pause account. Do you know if pause account has oauth support or other ways of using pause id to identify yourself on a different site?

No it doesn't, and PAUSE administrators are against using it for initial authentification.

Err, of course I'm wrong about "it doesn't have other ways of 3rd party identifying".
MetaCPAN supports linking your profile to PAUSE by sending an email to the address associated with your PAUSE account.
